Stuart leads Sorel Living with a clear ambition: to combine the expertise and discipline of a major contractor with the agility, accessibility and entrepreneurial thinking of an independent business.

He takes an active role across the business, from client relationships and new opportunities through to project delivery, ensuring Sorel’s commitment to Building Better Homes is reflected in every project.

Paul leads Sorel’s estimating function, bringing commercial insight and construction knowledge into projects from the earliest opportunity.

Working closely with clients, consultants and our supply chain, his focus is on understanding each scheme, identifying risk and opportunity, and developing robust, competitive proposals built around deliverability rather than simply price.

Gary leads our approach to design management, working collaboratively with project teams and consultants to turn design intent into practical, coordinated and buildable solutions.

His focus is on early engagement, technical coordination and maintaining design quality throughout the project lifecycle, helping identify challenges early and ensuring information supports successful delivery on site.

Brad provides senior operational leadership across Sorel’s projects, maintaining a clear focus on programme, quality, safety and client expectations.

Working closely with our project teams and supply chain, he ensures decisions are made quickly, challenges are addressed proactively and the standards agreed at the outset are carried through to completion.

Jo leads Sorel Living’s partnerships, supporting the development of long-term relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners.

Her role extends beyond business development, helping identify opportunities where Sorel can add value, strengthening our understanding of client priorities and ensuring our approach to partnerships, communities and social value supports the wider outcomes our clients want to achieve.
